Thank you for visiting us! Our goal is for your first visit to be one of comfort and acknowledgement of your personal dental needs.
If you are here for urgent dental needs as a new patient, for example, due to severe toothache or broken/traumatized tooth with symptoms, we will try to fit you in within 24 hrs of the schedule. Limited exam with limited X-rays will be given for proper diagnosis of the dental problems. Depends on the nature of dental diseases, palliative treatment can be provided to address the chief complaint most times. But sometimes, referral to dental specialist may be needed, in which case we will write a referral letter.
If you want to start your routine dental care here as a new patient, we recommend you to start the first visit with a comprehensive exam and a full mouth X-rays and dental cleaning. During this visit, we will take time to discuss your dental concerns, review your past medical and dental history, take proper X-rays and complete a thorough comprehensive dental evaluation, which includes exams on your TMJs, teeth, gum, bite, occlusion and soft tissue oral cancer screening. At the end of the visit, we will create your digital dental records and provide a comprehensive treatment plan that tailored for your optimal dental health. Please note that we do need to have full mouth X-rays to complete the comprehensive exam. If you do not want to take it due to recent X-ray history or limited coverage from insurance, please ask a copy of full mouth X-rays from your previous dentist and forward it to us by email to [email protected] before your scheduled appointment time.
We have automatic appointment reminder system to remind you about upcoming appointments. For the 1st appointment, please arrive 15 minutes earlier for new patient registration. Please check the insurance policy and finance policy and let us know your insurance information prior to the scheduled appointment so that our front desk office manager can verify the insurance coverage. For patients who have no dental insurances, we do offer new patient specials and discounts as below.
